Meet the Friendly Pastors and Staff at Bolivar First Assembly

Hutson and Marci Goza

Lead Pastor

Pastor Hutson was born and raised on his family farm in southeast Missouri. He began preaching in highs school and attended Central Bible College in Springfield, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Studies.

Marci was born in Monroe, Louisiana, but she didn’t stay there long as her father served in the Marine Corps as a Career Marine. She was called to ministry in high school and attended Central Bible College majoring in Vocal Music and later earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Louisiana.

Hutson and Marci met at Central Bible college. They were married shortly thereafter and had their one son, Aaron, in 2001. They began their ministry by serving in two churches as youth and associate pastors. They have served as lead pastors in churches in Tennessee and Louisiana.

Hutson served the Louisiana District of the Assemblies of God as Men’s Ministry Director, Christian Education Director, and District Secretary-Treasurer. He was the founder and director of the Louisiana School of Ministry. He has been serving as the Lead Pastor of Bolivar First Assembly since 2019.


Randy and Caitlin Coy

Youth/Associate Pastor

Pastor Randy grew up in Middleburg, Florida, a small town in northeast Florida. He moved to Kansas City in 2012 where he met his now wife, Caitlin. Caitlin is from Lee’s Summit, Missouri, and joined the Bolivar community when she moved to Bolivar to attend SBU. She and Pastor Randy joined the church in 2015 and became youth pastors in 2017 shortly after her graduation. They are passionate about seeing students serve the Lord and His church and teach them to give of their time and talents to further the gospel!




Zach & Britney Moncla

Staff Pastor & Children's Pastor

Pastor Zach and Pastor Britney moved to Bolivar in March of 2019 to join our staff here at BFA. They currently oversee various areas of ministry including administration, discipleship, and children’s ministry. Zach has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Studies from School of Urban Missions (SUM) Bible College and Theological Seminary and is currently enrolled full time in AGTS pursuing a Master’s of Divinity. Britney has a heart for children and oversees our children’s ministry. Britney also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Studies from School of Urban Missions (SUM).



Dana Alley

Administrative Assistant

Dana has a bachelor’s degree in Equestrian Administration from William Woods University, with an emphasis in Business and a Minor in Equine Science. Dana worked as an Equine Facility Manager before moving to the Marketing industry in 2011, and opening her own business in 2016. Throughout her career, Dana has learned the importance of marketing for trust and building a trustworthy and profitable brand. Dana now applies her skills as an Administrative Assistant. She helps organize and manage the BFA office, and enjoys designing marketing and branding materials for the church. Dana lives in Southern Missouri with her husband, sons and pets. She loves horseback riding, tending her to flock of 50+ chickens, and spending time with her family.
